MEET ALISON

Alison is a ceramic artist known for her creatures which incorporate imaginative use of her signature textures. This brings an interesting and engaging personality to her pieces; mixing their natural forms and, at times, adding a playful contrast that invites a second look.

Alison balances her own creative practice with private tiution at her home studio in Marlow, Bucks. She also teaches twice yearly residential workshops at West Dean College in Sussex.

Her work was shortlisted for the prestigious, global David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year; being awarded Highly Commended by the panel.

She has both exhibited and sold her work at The Mall Galleries in London.
